		<description>1.  When eating chips or pretzels, eat the busted up ones first.  Keep the &quot;perfect&quot; ones for last.   They taste better that way.
2.  Cracked cookies have no calories.
3.  Rule #2 also applies to M &amp; M&#039;s.

Apparently I have an eating disorder...denial of calories!!!!   Bad rules to have, but they are mine and I&#039;m stickin&#039; to &#039;em!</description>
